He successfully directed the start-up and operation of the; City of Fort Wayne waste collection, disposal and recycling contract from 1995 to 1997, and has directed over 25 other various municipal waste contracts throughout Northeast Indiana. He has over 20 years of experience in solid waste management and recycling. |

Jason Pickerman - General Managerjasonp@earthfirstservices.comJason has significant experience in the management of recycling contracts throughout Northeast Indiana and operated one of the first recycling processing facilities in the area. He also has notable experience in the management of landfill and transfer station facilities in Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan. He has over 15 years of experience in solid waste management and recycling. |

Barry Howard - Sales ManagerBarry started in the Solid waste and recycling industry in 1992 with NSA. His leadership and management experience has covered the sales marketing areas, operations, regional landfill marketing manager and general management over the last 18 years. He has extensive training in compaction and recycling equipment and municipal contracting which have benefited many area cities and industries in the Indiana, Ohio and Michigan areas. He also has been a part of the nation’s largest environmental services industries and is a valued asset to our clients and the Earth First management team. Barry believes Earth First offers its clients a solid waste and recycling partner through its shared experience level, local ownership, support of the community and the best return value for the market. |
